Legal information

Terms & Conditions

A plain-English outline of how Ahmy's planned digital services may work. This draft is not the final customer agreement.

Draft policy — legal review required. Draft for legal review. Ahmy Australia is currently a preview: checkout, accounts, contact submissions and guest-management tools are not active here. These descriptions need to be checked against the actual service and Australian law before production.

Scope of the service

Ahmy is preparing digital invitations and event websites for weddings and other celebrations. This preview introduces the planned experience; it does not currently provide an order flow, customer account or live event website builder.

When the service launches, the final terms should identify the operator, the products included and when an agreement is formed. Those details have not been finalised in this draft.

Digital products and services

Planned offerings may include personalised invitation pages, event websites and guest-related features. Availability, specifications and supported devices should be set out on the relevant product page before purchase. Images and interface examples on this preview are illustrative, not a promise that a feature is available now.

Accounts and customer responsibilities

If accounts become available, customers would need to provide accurate event information and keep their access details secure. Customers should have permission to use the names, images, music and other material they provide, particularly where guest details are involved. No account registration is available on this preview.

Payments and pricing

Prices, accepted payment methods, taxes and any recurring charges must be shown clearly at checkout if and when paid services launch. This preview cannot take payments, and its pricing examples are not final offers.

Delivery and access

Digital delivery would ordinarily involve access to a hosted page or a shareable link after an order is completed. The applicable timing, duration of access, support and any dependencies should be confirmed before launch. No invitation is delivered through this preview.

Acceptable use

Customers and visitors should not use a future service to upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate others, harass guests, or interfere with the site or other users. These principles will need to be reflected in final enforceable terms.

Intellectual property

Original Ahmy designs and site material are intended to remain with their respective rights holders. A future customer should retain rights in material they supply and receive only the permissions needed to use a purchased digital product, as explained in the final product terms. Do not upload material you do not have permission to share.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements for future paid products will depend on the product, the stage of any personalised work and applicable consumer rights. See the draft Refund Policy for the questions the final policy must address; no payment or cancellation can be made on this preview.

Limitation of liability

Digital services may be affected by device, network or third-party availability. Any final limitations of liability must be reviewed for fairness and consistency with applicable Australian consumer protections. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

A future published version should show its effective date and explain how material changes are communicated. This draft may change during legal and product review and should not be treated as final customer terms.
