Refund Policy
A draft outline for future digital products and services. There is no checkout or payment on this preview.
Digital services and products
Ahmy is preparing digital invitations and event websites rather than physical goods. There is no live checkout or payment on this preview. Any final refund policy must match the actual product, delivery method and applicable Australian consumer protections.
When a refund may be available
For a future paid product, a refund or other remedy may be appropriate where there is a qualifying problem with what was supplied, where payment was taken in error, or where required by law. The final policy should make the assessment process and available remedies clear without limiting statutory rights.
When a change of mind may not qualify
Digital access or completed personalised work may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund simply because plans change. This is not a blanket refusal: the product's terms, work completed and applicable consumer rights would still need to be considered.
Custom and personalised work
If design or event setup has begun based on a customer's instructions, the stage of work may matter when considering a cancellation. Any non-refundable work, revisions and approval steps must be explained before an order is placed; none can be ordered through this preview.
Technical issues
If a future invitation or event page does not work as described, customers should be able to report the issue and receive reasonable troubleshooting. A remedy, including a refund where appropriate, should be assessed against the issue and consumer law rather than an unverified fixed deadline.
Duplicate payment
If a future customer is charged twice for the same order, they should be able to request a review and correction with evidence of both charges. This preview cannot process payments or duplicate charges.
Cancellation
A future cancellation request should be made as soon as possible, with the order reference and work requested. The outcome should take account of work already completed, the agreed product details and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No live order can be cancelled here.
How to request help
Once a real support channel and checkout exist, the final policy should give a working contact method, the information needed for a request and how decisions are communicated. The Contact page currently has a non-sending demonstration form, so do not use it to lodge a refund request.
